About the event
This is the main offering of Inner Earth Breathwork. This group class is by donation every week on Sundays.
The class features 45 - 60 minutes of breathing with ritual elements, beginning and ending with a short reflection and meditation, and closing with time for integrating your experience.
Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided, but bring your own if you'd like.
